Returns and Refunds

9.1 Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

9.2 Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

9.3 Shipping Costs  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9.4 Damaged or Defective Items If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at  Phil@theclockshed.iewith details and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
